1. The filter is a dedicated filter interface for shielding boxes and shielding rooms, used to shield electromagnetic interference. The filter housing is made of machined aluminum with surface treatment. Adopting the latest filtering technology, it features strong shielding performance, wide frequency coverage, robust structure and long service life.

2. Frequency Range and Isolation: 800MHz~6GHz, ≥70dB (no signal leakage and no intrusion of external interference; typical value is around 80dB)

3. Material: Aluminum alloy with conductive oxidation surface treatment to ensure good grounding with the shielding box housing.

5. The interface supports repeated plugging and unplugging, featuring oxidation resistance and low contact resistance. It adopts an integrated shielding cavity design for the internal structure with a built-in impedance-matched PCB, bringing no additional signal loss.

6. Flange panel flush mounting, fixed with 6 screws (compatible with standard shielding box cutouts; custom sizes are available)

## II. Installation and Operation Instructions

1. Embed the interface module into the reserved cutout of the shielding box, and fasten the flange plate with the supplied screws to ensure tight fitting and reliable grounding between the module housing and the shielding box housing.

2. Connect the cables of the equipment inside the box to the inner-side interface of the module, and connect the external signal source / test equipment / PD power supply to the outer-side interface of the module. Make sure the plugs are fully inserted without looseness.

3. After installation, verify the isolation performance via shielding effectiveness test to guarantee that the overall specifications of the shielding box are not compromised.

4. Avoid violent plugging and unplugging during use. Clean the interface contacts regularly to prevent oxidation or foreign matter ingress which may impair contact performance.

## III. Notes

• This product is a pure hardware adapter module. It has no functions of protocol conversion, signal amplification or power adjustment, and only performs lossless transmission of signals and power.

• Do not use it under conditions exceeding the limit voltage/current range to prevent interface damage or safety hazards.

• Reliable grounding between the module and the shielding box housing must be ensured during installation; otherwise, the shielding effectiveness and signal stability will be affected.

• Non-professional personnel shall not disassemble or modify the module structure without authorization, otherwise the warranty service will be invalidated.
