The China Software Testing Center (Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), a public institution 

managed on behalf of the Ministry by the China Center for Information Industry Development, was founded in 1990. It is China's first third-party authority dedicated to

the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and obtained the China Metrology Certification (CMA).
